This Island is situated at a town in Ilocos Norte, just one (1) kilometer offshore to the nearest mainland. It is completely surrounded by South China Sea. The Land Area is 36.256 Hectares not to consider the shoreline area which is half as much. It is also a Virgin Island, with no improvements and no squatters.
The town is the birthplace of one of our National Heroes and world famous painter Juan Luna, one of his award winning paintings is (spolarium).
